Please do not submit highly sensitive personal, financial or confidential information through the initial contact form.

• Take requested steps before entering into a contract and, where applicable, deliver an engagement.
• Maintain correspondence and appropriate business records.

• Comply with legal, regulatory or professional obligations.

The relevant legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the advisory business and website, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is specifically requested, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Service providers and recipients

Information is shared only where reasonably necessary. Providers supporting this website include website hosting and infrastructure services, Cloudflare for security and privacy-focused web analytics, and Resend for email delivery. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, regulators or public authorities where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Some providers may process information outside Malta or the European Economic Area. Where data-protection law requires it, appropriate transfer safeguards are relied upon.

5. Website analytics and cookies

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to understand website traffic and technical performance. It does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics and does not fingerprint individual visitors. The website does not use advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form from automated abuse and may process limited technical information required to perform that security check.

6. How long information is kept

Enquiry information is generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication. It may be kept longer when an engagement begins, a legal or professional obligation applies, or it is needed in connection with a dispute. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required for these purposes.

7. Your data-protection rights

Subject to the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal information; restriction of processing; data portability; or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

8. Security and changes to this notice
